Summer Home on the Lake

Our vacation home offers inspiring views of Lake Erie and glorious sunsets from a roomy 12’ x 28’ deck. Newly remodeled and beautifully maintained. it sits on a wooded lot overlooking picturesque Grandview Bay. Our own stairs will lead you directly to a wide. private beach.



The interior is airy. with a spacious living room/dining room combination and hardwood floors. Open the windows wide to take in the fresh lake breezes! An enclosed porch can be used for dining. napping or playing cards with friends. Our kitchen is immaculate and fully equipped. including a dishwasher. microwave oven. toaster. coffee maker and blender.



There is one full bathroom (tub with shower) and two bedrooms. each with its own closet and dressers. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door (and privacy curtain) that opens to the porch and provides a “wake up” view of the lake. The house sleeps five comfortably with one queen-sized bed. one double bed. a full-sized. pull-out sofa and a comfy futon. Plenty of towels and linens are provided.



Feel free to cook outside using our charcoal Weber grill and enjoy your meals on the deck. Also. the basement laundry area has a washer. dryer. iron and ironing board for your convenience. There are parking spots for up to five vehicles on our property.



Our home is on a private road -- a quiet spot for couples to relax or families to vacation. Lakeside Market (known for their fresh-cut meats and homemade sausage and salads) is within easy walking distance along Lakeside Road. Walk just a little farther to taste a first-rate milkshake and char-grilled hotdog at Connors. play tennis at the Town Park or check out the nightlife at Mickey Rats Beach Club or toast marshmallows over your personal beach bonfire.



We are located just 40 minutes from the Buffalo/Niagara International airport and downtown Buffalo. There are many good restaurants within 10 miles that cater to every taste. Other nearby attractions include Graycliff (the historic summer home of Darwin Martin. designed by Frank Lloyd Wright). Buffalo Raceway. Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens. Roycroft Campus. Tifft Farm Nature Preserve. Albright-Knox Art Gallery. Buffalo Zoo and the Chautauqua Institution.
