Enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Ontario from almost every room! Nestled in beautiful foliage, with a great combination of privacy and community, this vacation home provides Serenity, Ambiance and Fun!This spacious feel, well-furnished year round home on about a half acre of foliage and flower encased grounds includes: Two bedrooms with queen/full beds, a great room with vaulted ceilings and French doors with two double sized futons, a den with daybed (two full sized twin beds), a living room/dining room combination with two comfy couches, a full kitchen, a separate laundry room, a sunroom with writers desk, computer and comfy couch, an entry foyer, decent sized bathroom, brick patio and wrap around porch overlooking beautiful Lake Ontario! Watch the sailboats go by!The front driveway winds down among the birch trees to give privacy. Depending upon when you come, the roses may be in bloom! In the back yard, walk down the wood stairs and swim in the lake- it feels like a private island! Or travel 6 miles down the road to the sandy public beach, shops, restaurants and live music in Sodus Point. Farmers markets, wineries, parades and events, too! Check out the free concerts at the Sodus Point lighthouse museum on Sundays (weather permitting!) Boat rentals include kayaks, canoes, pontoon boats, sailboats, and jet skis! Chartered boat trips, too! Trophy award winning salmon fishing, too- we caught a 23 pound salmon last year!Excellent location: Take a day trip to Niagara Falls, the casinos and horse races in Canadaguia, the outlets in Waterloo, the wineries of the Finger Lakes. There is an awesome golf course just minutes away overlooking lake Ontario. Animal farms, Chimney Bluffs State Park, marinas, and more! Whether you want to relax, barbeque and swim, and check out the local farmers markets and live music, or boat, fish, swim, visit the casinos, wineries and fun events like the Sailing Regatta, this will be a great vacation to remember!
