Belle Sherman House - This rental unit is a new two-bedroom addition attached to our home. It is a 10-minute walk to the Cornell University campus.
This unit has 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a pullout double futon couch and a single bed sleeping loft. The addition also
has one large room with a kitchen and living area. It is a bright and cheerful space.
Rates
We charge between 100-200 per night depending on the
length of your stay and time of year. If you need to house more people.
you may inquire about renting the whole house.
Reservation Payment half due with returned and signed rental contract. Remaining half. plus security deposit due one month prior to arrival. Security deposit refunded within 30 days of

Full kitchen. We supply all bedding and towels. We are very close to the Cornell campus and an easy drive to Ithaca College.
Activities
Ithaca is located in the heart of the Finger Lakes region. There
are beautiful state parks nearby with legendary hikes through
exquisite gorges. Wine tours are available. Cornell University
hosts has many cultural events. Great antiques and shopping
nearby.
