Cayuga Lake (the most beautiful of the Finger Lakes) is part of the Barge Canal System which means you can boat from the Atlantic Ocean to Lake Ontario and all the way to Ithaca. Watkins Glen. Geneva. and more. Cayuga Lake is 42 miles long. The widest point is three-and-one-half miles. The deepest spot is 435 feet. so you better wear your life jacket!



Cayuga Lake is wonderful for all those who love boating. fishing. water skiing. jet skiing. sunsets. moonbeams. and rainbows. Fishermen enjoy an over abundance of landlocked salmon. lake. brown. and rainbow trout. pickerel. pike. perch. bass. and smelt (in the spring).
